Cancellation and Refund Policies

As for every online purchase experience,  the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy.  When you purchase a training course with Ethical Hackers Academy, you adhere to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions and the following points.

  • We would like to inform our valued members that the Diamond Membership is non-refundable. This policy is established because the membership grants lifetime access and includes downloadable materials that are immediately available upon purchase.
  • Refunds applicable only Individual courses within 5 days of enrollment. We are following 5 days refund policy. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange since we provide a download access to all the course materials for online learning.
  • I f you enroll the same course 2 times, you will be eligible for the full refund for 1 course.
  • No refund will be given and access will be disabled, If anytime found course is been shared with others / multiple users or intention of course purchase is to copy the material/ Content and account will be blocked at the same time.
  • If all course content was downloaded before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected.
  • Finally, students who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.
  • You cannot get a refund for if you've already earned a Course Certificate for any course in the membership.
  • Please reach us to refunds@ethicalhacksacademy.com for any refund related queries.
  • All the refund related queries will be replied back with 24hrs and the eligible refunds will be processed from our end within 48hrs.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you’re enrolled via PayPal, full refund will be initiated if you’re eligible for the refund with above terms and condition.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at refunds@elearnprogramming.com
If you receive a refund, the cost of payment gateway charges will be deducted from your refund
